This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, the time, requested URL, and browser and device information are processed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

Vercel may also process data in the United States. Information about data processing, retention and safeguards for international transfers is available in Vercel's privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for operation and security.

Enquiries by email or form

If you contact me, your information is processed to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible tattoo appointment. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not include health information in an initial enquiry.

The enquiry form opens on Tally's external website. A connection to Tally is established only when you follow the link. Information you submit there is processed through that service. See Tally's privacy policy. The specific information requested and any required consent are handled in the form.

Enquiries are deleted when they have been resolved and there are no legal retention requirements or legitimate reasons for further storage. Documents subject to tax retention requirements are generally kept for seven years.

Treatment & studio records

Health information and consent to tattooing are collected separately at the studio before treatment. You receive separate privacy information and, where required, an explicit consent request for health data. Please do not submit these details through your initial online enquiry.

Consent, confirmation of the information provided, the service description and batch numbers must remain available for ten years under section 4 of the Austrian professional rules for piercing and tattooing. Mandatory record-keeping fulfils a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. You receive a copy of these records. Photographs are published only with separate, voluntary consent that can be withdrawn for the future.

Google Maps

A Google Maps map is embedded in the footer and loads automatically as you approach it. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, receives in particular your IP address and technical browser information to provide the map. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in showing the studio's location and directions. Processing in the United States is possible. Depending on your browser and Google settings, Google may process additional information and use cookies. For information about Google's processing and your settings, see Google's privacy policy.

Loading performance

Vercel Speed Insights measures technical performance, including loading time, response time and layout shifts. Vercel describes these measurements as anonymous: no user profiles or browsing histories across pages are created, and no visitor identification cookies are used. Technical metrics, page path, browser and device type, and country are transmitted. URL parameters and photograph anchors are removed before transmission. Appearance & external links

Your light, dark or system theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to me. Your explicitly selected language is stored in a functional cookie for one year. Without a saved choice, the home page follows your browser language. There is no marketing or visitor tracking by this website itself. Fonts, photographs and videos are served through the website itself.

Instagram is included as an external link. No connection to Instagram is made before you click it. After you leave this website, the respective provider's privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact office@aguila-tattoo.com.
